Stayonomy is a free travel comparison service — on the web at stayonomy.com and as an app inside AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude). No account is needed and we keep no personal profile — see the privacy policy for exactly what is collected — so most questions are about the travel data itself.

Common questions

• A price looks different on the booking site. Our fares are real prices travellers found recently, refreshed daily — the booking site always shows the current, final price. Every answer includes a date telling you how fresh the data is.
• A city or route has no data. Coverage grows with searches; live fares usually appear right after the first lookups of a pair.
• Booking problems (tickets, hotels, eSIM). Purchases happen on the partner's site (airline, Expedia, Airalo and others) — the partner's own support handles changes and refunds. We can help you identify which partner a booking went to.
