Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 July 2026

These terms govern the use of stayonomy.com, its public API and the Stayonomy integrations for AI assistants (together: the "Service"), operated by Starcode Services Kft., 1095 Budapest, Soroksári út 48., Hungary (company reg. no. 01-09-405762, EU VAT HU32082948).

What the Service is

Stayonomy is a free travel information and comparison service. It shows transport options, cached fares, accommodation rates, car rental routes, eSIM plans and related travel content, and links to third-party providers where bookings can be made. Stayonomy itself sells nothing, takes no payment and makes no reservations.

Prices and accuracy

Fares and rates are real prices found by travellers recently and refreshed regularly, but they are informational: availability and final prices are always confirmed by the booking provider. We give no warranty that a displayed price is still available.

Bookings with third parties

Bookings, payments, changes and refunds are handled entirely by the third-party provider you book with, under their own terms and privacy policies. Some outbound links contain affiliate identifiers, which fund the Service; this never affects the prices you see or pay.

Acceptable use

The API and MCP endpoints are provided for reasonable, rate-limited use (60 requests/minute per IP). Automated bulk extraction, resale of the data as-is, and any use that disrupts the Service are not permitted. Attribution ("Route and stay data by Stayonomy — stayonomy.com") is required when the data is presented elsewhere.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is", free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, Starcode Services Kft. is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Service, including decisions made on the basis of displayed prices or travel information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always at stayonomy.com/terms. Questions: mail@starcode.hu. These terms are governed by Hungarian law.
